north of the Gulf of Mexico, our bee colonies are kept
along the bayous and waterways of our area.
This honey is not blended with honey`s from different
area`s to obtain a certain color or flavor. The main source of honey is from the colonies.

This is a wild growing tree that produces nectar for about 6-8 weeks between May & June.

This is the same honey as above but in a larger size.
The sugars in this honey cause it to granulate if kept
in a cold place. This is not a problem and doesn`t
change the honey`s flavor. Most European`s refrence is granulated honey. To liquify, simply place the container in a pot of hot water elevated off the bottom of the pot until it turns into liquid, do not boil the water. It can also be mircowaved slowly.
