	Our honey is extracted once a year from our colonies. The main source being from the chinese tatlon tree. This is a wild growing tree that produces nectar for about 6-8 weeks between May & June. Item # 338

Vermilion Wildflower Honey 48oz

This is the same honey as above but in a larger size. The sugars in this honey cause it to granulate if kept in a cold place. This is not a problem and doesn`t change the honey`s flavor. Most European`s prefence is granulated honey. To liquifey , simply place the container in a pot of hot water elevated off the botton of the pot until it turns into liquid, do not boil the water. It can also be mircowaved slowly. Item # 339
